I’ve become the person I once needed.

If you’ve spent a long time keeping the peace, doubting yourself, or making room for everyone else’s needs, it can be hard to know where you end and everyone else begins. My work offers a place to reconnect with your own voice, choices, and sense of self.

A practical, collaborative approach

It may surprise you to hear this, but you already hold important knowledge about your life, your needs, and what feels right for you. My role is to help you reconnect with your own thoughts and inner knowing— so you can make decisions with more confidence and trust yourself again.

Understanding the patterns beneath the surface

Many of the ways you protect yourself, respond to conflict, and find yourself in certain relationships began as adaptations earlier in life.

We do not need to revisit every painful moment to move forward. Instead, we can bring awareness to early relational patterns and honor the protective, adaptive, and intelligent ways you learned to survive.

Understanding the early attachment patterns and parental and sibling dynamics that shaped you can help you see where you are today— and give you more freedom in what comes next.

Experience that informs the work

My background in counselling, coaching, neuropsychology, Brainspotting, and alternative dispute resolution informs a warm, direct, and collaborative approach to support meaningful change.

I make room for the complexity of your experience while offering you practical support for your healing, clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and reconnecting with your unique identity, voice and sense of self.

My Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to understand what you’re carrying, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to move forward.

I draw from attachment theory and narrative approaches, cognitive-behavioural and acceptance-based tools, motivational interviewing, somatic awareness and grounding practices. When appropriate, I may incorporate Brainspotting, a focused, body-based approach that can help you process emotional experiences that still feel unresolved.

My training in communications in alternative dispute resolution also supports my work with high-conflict dynamics, co-parenting communication, boundaries, and difficult conversations.

Re-Author

Your past is part of your story, but it does not have to define what comes next.

The stories we carry about ourselves and what we have lived through can shape what feels possible.

Together, we can gently examine the meanings that have formed and make room for a story that honours the truth of what you have lived through — while being more compassionate, empowering and reflective of who you truly are.

Re-authoring is about moving beyond survival — reconnecting with your voice, choices, and sense of self so you can create a life that feels more like your own.

Start with what feels most important.

Reach out when you’re ready. We can talk about what support would feel right for you now.
